The kids like coming here when we go out because they have burgers. The service is hit and miss. Last time we ate there the server disappeared,I went to the front to ask for help and bam there he is at our table. The price is not always affordable for what we order but hey, you never know if the food will be good or gross. I guess those are the chances we take these days. The location is the best since it is a small walk to the mall.

Thank you to our spicy server Vanessa my wife and I had a great experience along with some tasty food. Take a break from shopping and give the pulled pork nachos a try or the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. And a honorable mention to the cool bar for the atmosphere.

This has been my go to spot for BBQ whenever I'm craving it. However, I hadn't eaten here in years until yesterday. The ribs weren't as good as I remembered, and some of the other food was just okay. However, because my previous experiences were excellent, I'm going to chalk up yesterday's experience to them having an off day. The biscuits were still as good as well as the chicken and BBQ sauce, but the ribs were burnt in several spots and the vegetables tasted blander than I remembered. Still worth coming again so long as the ribs are cooked better!

Kelly was our server. The burnt ends were oily and nothing but fat, but she graciously changed it out. The weirdest thing happened. The blinds closed on us and before the blinds closed I saw the chain lift and then drop. Talk about eerie! The waitress next to the blinds and she heard the same thing. It was also extremely loud. The table next to us never discovered the use of an inside voice. WTH!

Lucille's may have its roots in Long Beach, California, rather than the South, but they still manage to deliver a satisfying BBQ experience. The braised greens are a standout for me--always flavorful and perfectly cooked. While the barbecue itself is solid and enjoyable, it's not the absolute best I've had. What keeps me coming back is the convenience and comfort. Sitting at the bar is my favorite--quick, easy, and fast service. Their takeout option, where you can order a large boxed meal, is also fantastic and super convenient. When it comes to sauces, the spicy BBQ sauce is my go-to, adding just the right kick to everything. And let's not forget the free biscuits--soft, buttery, and addictive (unless you're watching your carbs!). I'm also a big fan of the tri-tip salad. I usually ask for it without the red and green bell peppers, but even as-is, it's a great choice. They've recently introduced a different tri-tip salad, which I've only tried once--it was good but didn't wow me quite like the original. Overall, Lucille's offers quick, easy service, great for families, and a comfortable dining atmosphere. I find myself here about once a month and always leave satisfied!

I was actually impressed about 6 months ago. Tonight I had to speak to a manager and awaiting a refund the 1st server was great very attentive. Second server not so much . I guess it the challenge you gave when you eat out for the holidays.. the food was terriblely disgusting.. , not even room temperature , I had food at Golden corral , yes folks Golden corral!!! that was warmer and fresher than that, given I know items are prepped due to a holiday crowd but food was sent back twice and items were not up to their usual standard, my advice go on a non Holiday. Do not try the Thanksgiving special it's a NO

Had an excellent experience at my first visit to Lucille's! Our sever was amazing! He was super personable, patient and funny :) We had a group of 10 people with a few kiddos. I wish I remembered his name, but the server was seriously top notch and very attentive! We had refills on our drinks and food came out as ordered. The food tasted really good! The barbecue was delicious and meat super tender. The Mac and cheese was average and a little bland, but the wedge salad, veggies, gumbo, ribs, brisket and salmon were delicious! The sauce options were all yummy too! I will definitely be back here!

We discovered this place when visiting family members in Temecula. Our aunt gave us a gift card, so we decided to try it out. Great choice! Excellent service. Our server didn't make us feel rushed when deciding on what to order. Food was phenomenal. Ordered their chips and dip for appetizers. The full rack was our main course, which included mac & cheese and coleslaw. The place was nice and clean. Three different flavors of their bbq sauce were available on the table, as well as available to purchase. Will definitely go back here and will for sure purchase one or two of their bbq sauce. However, it's about an hour drive from home.

I had a great time here with my friends and family. We came on Thanksgiving Day and it was about a 40 minute wait so we went to bowl at Round 1 first. Second time we visited this place was on the first day of 2024. Happy New Year everyone! We had such a sweet server, I believe her name was Michelle... We ordered the 3 meats combo (tri-tip, baby back ribs & BBQ chicken)and upgraded 2 sides to corn pudding and loaded mash potatoes... We also bought the 4 bottle of BBQ sauces for $20 and get a free tote bag deal. The sauces are $5.99 per bottle. They have Original, Hot and Spicy and Memphis Style BBQ sauces. The sauces are really thick and on the sweet side. My favorite sauce was the Memphis style BBQ sauce... My mom said the ribs were not as tender today but, she really enjoyed the BBQ chicken and the tri-tip... It was our first time trying corn pudding and we really enjoyed that side dish. The corn pudding reminded me of Turkey stuffing with the addition of corn! We bought the Costco gift card deal which was a great deal! I believe it was $80 for $100 gift card. Costco has a lot of great deals on gift cards by the way ;) We will definitely be back because this BBQ place is so darn good! Cheers!!
